The Good In Me Box

Mental health is not only a passion for Dr. Grimes but also her purpose. She invests times and researchers techniques and activities that could have a huge positive impact on your mental health intelligence. This box will have inserts from some of the best selling authors and research from top institutions compiled into one place to help people, of all ages and genders, navigate through their mental health journeys.

Our goal is to help not only self educate but to prepare others to be advocates for mental health. This can be understanding communication techniques, how you love not only giving but also how you receive love. Your triggers, as well as what triggers others, down to recognizing when you or someone else may be compromising your mental health.
